Regional Units & Clubs
Roller skating in the Union Territory is organised through four regional units and the clubs affiliated to PRSA.

Karaikal
Coastal region unit conducting school-level introductions, club training and selection trials for the State Championship.
Mahe
West-coast enclave unit developing grassroots speed and freestyle skating alongside local schools.
Yanam
Northern enclave unit supporting new clubs, trainers and skater registration drives.

Wherever a rink or a stretch of smooth road exists in the Union Territory, an affiliated club is training on it — and PRSA carries those skaters to the State and National start lines.
Affiliated clubs
PRSA presently consists of 10 permanent affiliated clubs and 2 temporary affiliated clubs spread across Puducherry, Karaikal, Mahe and Yanam. Affiliated clubs enter skaters for the annual State Championship, nominate skaters for RSFI registration, and deploy trainers and technical officials for PRSA events.
Permanent affiliation
Clubs with a continuous record of training, event participation and registered skaters, holding voting rights in the association.
Temporary affiliation
Newly formed clubs and academies admitted on a provisional basis while they build their skater base and infrastructure.
